Born is Dist. Kalaoi in Haryana on 15th June 1956 . Father and family shifted to Delhi in 1962 Family consisted of 2 brothers & 3 sisters . Got primary education in Govt School , had to leave school After High Secondary to join father in business as to ensure family earns A better livelihood .

Business & profession

Opened a chemist shop in 1977 by the name of Bhutani Medical Store in INA Market ,with a small investment and slowly and eventually became the most liked pharmacist and pharmacy in the vicinity.

Social Life

Due to basic nature and instinct of helping others, the market Association of INA Traders choose him as the President of the INA Market Traders Association at the age of 30yrs. His association with local leaders of all parties made him a Favorite person.

For the people of not only INA Market but also people from Nearby areas like Sarojini Ngr, Laxmi bai Ngr, BK Dutt colony, Lodhi Road etc. kept flocking for social and small issues . Had always been helpful to people of all parts of life supported All social issues whichever came as a social personality . His association which was always for the help of people is Well known among all walks of life I which consists of all govt depts. Like pol ice I leaders I govt offices etc ..

Had also been chosen the President of New Delhi & South Delhi Traders Market Federation.

Had never taken part in the Front League politics I but the REVOLUTION called AAP has made him feel that this is the time To be a part of this revolution and extend an helping hand to the Party & thinks that we can do a lot for the country and all the citizens Of this country who are our brothers and sisters.
